Objectively speaking, if I had a 1996, ANY steering wheel would be an upgrade. I've already gotta fit my sorry *** in it, ain't enough room for that much ugly in one vehicle!

Amazingly I have no stored codes, no pending codes, and all emissions monitors are ready.
Found out my TPS is toast. About 18% when actually shut, WOT 74%
Also put rear bumper caps back on and assembled some air junk for my OBA.
