I've torn my rotator cuff twice and shattered my shoulder once. I wanted to buy a manual YJ, but I had to be realistic. I'm in constant pain, and I can't reliably drive stick because it flares up.

Tightened my track bar bracket. Worked it's way loose wheeling and was making a terrible popping noise. Also lost a hockey puck bumpstop
