I don't see your logic. I have a little pump that I use to put gear oil in my diffs too. Are you suggesting they should just put the tip of the bottle in the diff?
My pump is like an old hand cleaner pump, mechanical not electrical for reference. (I can't watch the video on my phone)

Started a trans swap parts list for it since the peagout trans died. What all do I need for the swap? I have a aw4 and np231 waiting for a new home.

Damn, this place is good. I have that same sound and sure enough the hanger for the pipe before the cat is broken off and the pipe is resting on the cross member. Its one of those hangers that is a welded rod that is bent and slips into a rubber hanger. How did you fix yours?

I believe they just bolt right on. I have a set that I haven't installed yet and one of the holes on it wasn't drilled. It was center-punched though so I just need to take the time to do it and put em on.

finally, and by that i mean like 4 years of just not doing it, i drilled the rivets out of the hangers for the rear quarter panel plastic, sanded and painted the rust.. makes we wanna do the whole thing now..
oh and found a weak spot in the sheet metal, water started to drip, so i drilled a couple small bleeder holes..
and if you look real close you can see the dog **** on my rim..
