What'd they charge you? Did you have old tint on there before?

I got quoted $180 for them to come to me and remove the factory tint and retint in 15 and 5%.

Took the bumper caps off my 99. Scuffed up the rear bumper to bedline it. Taped it up. Then neither of the spray cans of bedliner I had worked. They're clogged. Before I could go grab some more bedliner, my girlfriend got off work. So I had to put the tailights back on. Now I got other stuff to do. So I'm rolling with no bumper caps and a scratched up bumper until I get to it. Lol

Not hard. Just take out the seats and some of the plastic trim to make it easy. If not, get a sharp carpet knife and start cutting it out to get it out from around the seats. Really just as easy to pull the seats.

Yes, Carl, winch is needed. Just sold my house and downsized and had a bit of cash left for the Jeep.

It is getting there. It should be pretty solid when I am done.

I figured the seats would be easy, wasn't sure if there were any tricky areas or anything. Thanks.

Got my 31's mounted, cut and rolled the rear fenders and straightened out the steering. Gotta say, just the tires alone have a dramatic impact on the look.

Well guess as a going away present my dad decided to give me back the cherokee I traded him for the dodge. Since I stripped her down I guess it's gonna be a new build up for her. This time a hardcore wheeler.

Today I started with hunting down a weird "Buck" while driving. Not sure if I fixed it or if its waiting for me to forget about it then start back up.

Then I went at it with a grinder and hacked my turn downed muffler to add a tail pipe so I could take it to emissions before the end of the month.

Then I got bored and took the tail lights out to VHT Nightshade them in practice for doing them on my civic. They aren't turning out as bad as I thought they would. To do it correctly I need to sand and polish but with the XJ I won't be doing that.
