yup, was driving in daytime when I noticed the high beam lamp in the instrument panel turned on. Didn't really know what it means till I parked and turned off the engine. I got out and noticed my headlights are on. Checked the web about the problem, saw on BC4x4 forum to check DRL module, found it beside the washer reservoir and unplugged it, headlights are off.

New rims and tires. No pics right now, I'm at work.

Tires are 235/75/r15 Wild Country all terrain.

Since I 86'd my Swaybar, I turned a sway quick disconnect into a hi-lift quick disconnect

Great idea, is that a Nate's4x4 bumper? I have the same Hilift mount but i'm a little worried about adding the extra weight to the tire carrier. How's it holding up?

Hit some mud with it. Not to much rough housing but I did get some mud on it. Also made a pull rope to shift into 4 high.

Yes it's a Nates. It's holding up well, hi-lift jack, 33" mud claw on a 15" Steel wheel, and 5gal Jerry can , with can rack, so I have a lot of weight on it. I run a bungee from receiver hitch hole to hi-lift so it won't swing open too far until I weld up a stop.

The spindle is pretty beef, and when it's locked closed it doesn't move.

I do the same. Does the hatch clear the base of the jack when u open it? I set it up there and it didn't seem like it was going to work. I guess I'll bolt it up and see what happens.

Yes, but you have to swing it all the way open. Probably could mount it other way, but I have a can rack on the driver side so it won't fit on mine.

Had my new muffler put in today. Thrush turbo. Very very disappointed in this. My old stock muffler with an exhaust leak was louder than this new one. This won't be on my jeep very long...

Spent the past hour and a half fighting with the limited space and taking the bumper off to put lights on. They are tightened down but not wired yet or aimed. Harness is too short. Will do that Monday perhaps.
