That, my friends, I think, hope and pray is an E-locker I guess I will rebuild this diff and not chuck it in the bin )



A useless piece of steel that has now been removed and will be put in the scrap pile for recycling

 

Used the 4wd for the first time in months!! Finally got the front axle swapped and geared to match the rear and it all works great as soon as I'm done with the break in I'm taking it out to get dirty!

 

I want to get that on my XJ.

but I have things I need to do first. like the lift. after that and some other little things I might get it. seems to be a pretty good price for a rear tire carrier, rear recovery, and a nice simple look to it

 

Yeah just paint and attach to stock set up. Can't best the price. They take 6 weeks to make. He makes them per order and he's backed up.

 

Ahhhh dang it.

 

Its worth the wait though. Find another rear tire mount for under 500$?

Yours goes in a hitch though and the ones I made were $20 cheaper

 

I got bored and painted my blinkers/markers/ tail lights.

 

I already hate blacked out lights for visibility reasons, but god that looks stupid on a white vehicle. Not trying to bust your bubble, just my opinion lol.

 

No offense taken. I did it on my first xj (forest green)and loved it. Wasn't sure if I'd like it on the white. I like the tail lights, but not too crazy about the fronts
