Pulled out my flat rear leaf springs and removed the rear sway bar and put in a different set of leafs that ended up being flat too sigh. Also found a yakima rack to put on it too.

Converted my '88 Renix to an open cooling system. Ten thousand thanks to Green2000 for the shop, tools, heater, time, and expertise. Pics will be in the build thread tomorrow. Too dark now.

Pulled out my center console to run my final set or RCAs for my future 2 amp setup. Now 3 sets of RCAs and two turn on wires. One on switch and one straight to power from deck. Just need to upgrade my power and ground wires to 4 gauge. One amp on switched trigger wire will be for sub. Deck trigger wire will be on my current 4 channel amp powering my speakers. Also finally took pics of completed home brew headlight wiring upgrade.

Replaced my oil sending unit yesterday and my oil pressure readings are back to normal.
Drained the 10w-30 out and put 15w-40 in. The valve train noise isn't gone but, at least I they can hear me talking in the drive through now.
Later today when it gets above freezing (24 degrees at the moment), I'm going to replace my center console cover latch.

Front diff fluid change, water came out along with black sludge lol. Wire wheeled the chunks (yes, CHUNKS) of rust off of the diff cover, hit it with some Tremclad Rust Paint and spray can bedliner. Did an RTV gasket, first time working with it. I don't know why anyone would really have problems with it unless they got it all over their skin
Used Permatex Ultra Black
Technically I didn't, but my fiancee did a drain 'n' fill on the poor old AX-15, finally got the MT-90 in it! Soooo much better shifting now, and less drag than that awful AC Delco Synchromesh/Lucas Transmission Fix goo I thought was a good idea. Couldn't help but laugh when she backed out the drain plug all the way and almost got oil in her face... my hand was already pushing the catch pan towards her haha

Then you just reassemble with RTV and fill it via the fill hole?
For the AX-15, you just did a drain and fill? MT-90 is the tranny fluid of choice here?

I like to use a paper gasket with a very thin layer of rtv on each surface. Never had a leak that way, and don't have to wait to fill
