I feel ya! I actually register mine in the mountains so I don't have to deal with inspections or emissions. I couldn't pass an emissions test if the guy was blind! No catalytic converter(fell off because the pipe broke while driving on wash board), no bubble by the bumper and no charcoal can by the engine. What a waste of space and resources. My jeep goes where everyone else's vehicle can't. Plain and simple I DO NOT need to pass emissions!
Fog lights or floods? Fogs should be low to the ground.

Not exactly perfect, but it looks a hell of a lot better than the 20+ year old fiberglass. Still putting the molding back in. I am a little mad that it sags in the middle (the entire board) without the dome light though.
