What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Very smooth. I've also got 784 injectors, 2.5" exhaust, and a snorkel, so adding in the new TB just sweetened the whole package. Much better throttle response and a noticeable increase in low end grunt. I haven't had a chance to take it on the freeway yet though.

Just had tb bored to 62mm. Put it on, adjusted the cable for the tranns, replaced o2 sensors, and reset the ecu.
At first it seemed I lost power, tried to wrap my head around it. Today I took the iac and the map off and sprayed them with carb cleaner real good. put tb back together, adjusted cable, and reset ecu again.
The difference was amazing. I don't know what fixed it but damn. Seat of pants beyond, the seat belts were even locking. Never been yelled at by my wife this much, she became car sick lol.

I removed my grill and plastic peices around my headlights because there all crack and i want to replace them. I found out that my header panle was broken

so i decided to remove that aswell, my jeep looks funny with the front torn apart

well i guess that gives me a good excuse to upgrade to a 97or newer header panle

Just sat inside her feeling all stress fade away from yesterday's long work day. Spent the morning/afternoon inside the gf's Chevy aveo (shudder) looking around for her next apartment (2nd shudder). Spent the evening with the XJ, looked up lifts and tires and all other future upgrades all the while asking her opinion. Maybe I've gone a little crazy after Monday...
(Yesterday) I finally replaced both the front & rear wiper motors, put in 2 new speakers and gave my girl a bath.
Today is all about tackling the dreaded rear main seal if the heat doesn't kill me.

Went to go fix the no headlight issue, figured while I was at it, check the air filter. It was fine, I found some tools left behind from my mechanic in the air box (solved weird rattle) and I also found the cause of my high/low idle. Vaccumm hose leak, big one. Fixed that but not my headlight issue

Pulled in the parking lot and the xj's leaking coolant. Damn. Hoses look fine so thats a problem. Possible new radiator in the very near future. I rly need something else to drive. I beat her bad and the road is getting hard on her.
