Default Few down, many to go...

Got the Valve cover gasket on, replaced the thermostat with a 180 degree aftermarket, new gasket for that too...Flushed the radiator and used the prestone "flush" cleaner stuff. Refilled with coolant and promptly overheated it again...panicked, had hysterical mini fit (cursing the heater core.) then bled the petcock valve and burped the line. She runs like a pro now. Snapped off the breather valve (cheap plastic...hardly lasts 19 years anymore...) replaced the grommet and put a billet chrome breather plug in. Whew...

Today I replaced the spark plugs, fixed the hood light and stopped my dome light from rattling.

Installed my front bumper, finally! (JCR Offroad Stage 4 Pre-Runner; they are on sale this weekend...) Not too tough, about 4 hours worth of work (I am not very fast...)

No major hurdles - had to cut the fenders a bit. Biggest problem is that I snapped of every bolt that holds the fender flares on - I will put them on later tomorrow.

Here is a pic - if anyone is interested, I can post more tomorrow, including the install pics. Sorry for the quality - it got dark on me!

Loosened all the exhaust clamps and beat the crap out of it. Had to tweak the whole system a little to keep the tail pipe from banging against the extended shackle. Damn that was annoying.
