I finished making my doors removable. There's a right way and a wrong way to do that. Now summer needs to get here so I can have fun with no doors

Found out that previous owner decided rear brakes were an option. Half the parts are missing.

HAhhaa, welcome to my world. My rear brakes are FUBAR...and my driver's side axel bearing is shot...so i'm going to buy another rear D35 and part the current one so I have a spare yoke and axel shafts.

Oh well gives me the excuse to go ahead and rebuild them. All new parts goin on, maybe I'll have marginal braking power after this. Already put in new master cyl and booster, front brakes are decent.

Wouldn't start so I charged up the battery and had it tested, all good. Cranking hard but still won't turn over.
Guess I know what I'm doing tomorrow.

Use a wrench over the hex portion of the shaft on the torx (sp?) socket? At least my set has a short portion. It would free up all the space that was taken up by the ratchet.
