I went out and looked at the puddles from my leaking fluid. The pavement below each end of the vehicle is literally covered in fluid drips from last night.

I did this too. Pull out the old wires as you go IF YOU CAN. Less clutter for the eventual rewiring 50 years from now LOL. I just ran it up the paneling all the way to the front receiver. The wattage will run slightly lower (less bass), but I didn't mind. An amp will cover your bases if you do all 4, but not necessary...

It's probably not mud...it's most likely rust particles from the cooling jackets of the block & head...from using hard water to mix your coolant.

I replaced my power steering pump and my serpentine belt....3 hours of work

Almost got a replacement tank, before I found out this salvage yard drills & drains the tanks... would have saved me 90 mins to know that before I pulled one out.

Not a d@mn thing... my jeep has been parked for the last 5 days while I have been putting in a hard wood floor in our cabin I really need to get out and do some wheelin soon.
Oh, funny story:
So I had a guy contact me about those nerf bars, offered $100 for them (which is exactly what I paid for the useless pieces of crap), I said I'd take it. So he shows up, I pull them out of the garage and show them to him, he says they look good and he'll take them (after checking out how they mount and stuff). As I'm loading them up, he says, "man, these look nice and beefy." I stop, stare at my friend, and say, "They sure do."
I was just reading through the last few pages to see what I missed over the past few days... the hilarious hubbazoot Glad to hear you got rid of them.
