Weld on d shackle mounts

Weld on d shackle mounts
I want to weld them onto my front bumper but im not sure where i should weld them or if they would hold. Any advice will be appreciated. Here is my front bumper

A few things to consider
1 How is your bumper held on stock mounts after market mounts?
2 What thickness is your bumper
3 What type of welder are you using
4 Are you able to weld and how good
5 This post is in the wrong thread
