A few things to consider
1 How is your bumper held on stock mounts after market mounts?
2 What thickness is your bumper
3 What type of welder are you using
4 Are you able to weld and how good
5 This post is in the wrong thread
Im not trying to be a d!ck either just pointing out the important things

99 hit it good, also though d-ring tabs have to be welded front and back otherwise you end up with a 1 pound bullet after you get stuck

Bumper has its own mounts that bolt to where the tow hook brackets would go.. Steel is pretty thick but im not gure of the guage. I have a flux core wire feed welder but my cousin has tig welder i thought may be better to use. Ive welded a few things and they werent pretty but they have held up

If your cousin can tig weld i would do that but just dont rely on those mounts as a last option

Or get a front hitch for like a 100 bucks online and you can use it for everything
