I've been searching for a while and I can't find anything. What I'm wondering is I'm hoping to remove my stock fender flares from my 94 Cherokee Country and do about 2" of trimming into the fenders, would that be legal in the state of Michigan? To have no fender flares??

most places state that over 50% of the tire must be covered. I run my rig flair less with wide tires and 3.75 back spaced wheels with 0 issues

 

Thanks, I appreciate the response. Biggest I'll prolly run is like a 235/245 width and like 30" when I remove the flares and do some trimming.

 

just relocate the flares after you trim.
