Default Utility steering wheel

So I got bored today and decided I wanted a paracord theme for my interior. I had some scrap pieces of cord to play with. I turned my plain ol' steering wheel into a utility wheel. Here are the results so far:

What are yalls thoughts? Like it or no?

Uhh, definitely wouldn't put a screwdriver there.... SKETCHY lol. Cool idea, but that's not for me. Plus I've got airbags. I think it'd be cool to have a paracord steering wheel wrap though!

AND I KNOW I'M NOT STARING AT ORANGE WIRE NUTS!

Working on the full wrap. Not enough cordage. Also, Orange is better than bare wires! It's all I had. The wires were bare when I got the jeep

Much safer. I could see that screwdriver going through your breastplate in an accident

I think all of of that stuff would suit you better in a fanny pack.

Personally, I think it looks like a hobo owns it.

I see the safety concern. It's bound to change once I install a proper center console. Then I'm just gonna wrap the whole wheel. I have actual plans for everything but I was just toying around with ideas today.

UPDATE:
I found an ammo can laying around. Looks like I found my center console. I removed all the crap from the steering wheel and it's now in the process of getting a full wrap. Here is the ammo can center

Fits perfect!
Now to find some cup holders...

I'm not the one that wired it. It was the previous owner that installed that. I just used them to cover the bare wires because that is what I had on hand.
