All shipping companies are like this....I have seen UPS AND FedEx guys kick packages all the way from the truck to the door. Usually if you call them and complain they will make it right. I understand your frustraton....when your waiting on a new toy like a lift the last thing you want is to get a partial shipment!!

Everytime I order anything through the mail, I request FedEx or Postal Service. I bought a laptop from DELL a couple years ago, I wasn't home to sign for the package. UPS left a note that they'd try the next day. Sat home all day & nothing. When I called, they said it was delivered & signed for. To make a long story short UPS picked it up from one town away & tried having me accept an open package that someone already went through. I told them to send it back & I called DELL and let them know what was going on. Dell made good on everything.
I will do all i can to not use UPS for anything weather I'm shipping stuff out or getting stuff delivered!
Hope you get package 3 of 3! Good luck

I saw some things that I couldn't believe in my short time working for them as a loader. The bottom line is shipping as many packages as cheaply and quickly as possible and there will be collateral damage.

I had a radiator shipped from one town away and when it showed up the box looked like king kong jumped all over it and inside the radiator was bent. I had a second radiator shipped(no cost to me thanks to radiatorbarn.com's superior customer service) and the second box looked even worse. I made the delivery guy stay there while I opened the second box and inspect the radiator. The delivery guy addmited that the warehouse workers just toss stuff around and dont care if something is labled as fragile. If I can I will buy at a store instead of online even if I have to pay more.

The FedEX, UPS and USPS delivery drivers I have no problems with. They drop off new "toys" for me almost every week and they know me already. Good ppls! I've always gotten my packages on time and when nobody is home to take a package they hide it somewhere for me and actually follow up the following day to ask if i got it!!!! AND THIS IS IN THE CITY PPL! LMAO

Out here we know our UPS guy by name. He's Jaimie from Washington. Sometimes he asks how the rest of my family's doing "Because I haven't delivered to them in a while."
And my packages are always on time and in great shape
