Other than some smaller cars, even then not many, pretty much all wheels are 16"+ on new vehicles.
As far as not making anymore, I would believe that it would be harder to find good casings to use. Pick up some cheap 16" wheels and pick up some re-treads. Or, just buy brand new tires.
