Default Transfer Case Drop Issue.

So last week I completed my 3" lift with new Crown Automotive leaf springs and 3" extended shackles (rear) and up country springs with 2" spacers (front) with 2014 Wrangler red shocks all around. Also added, adj. track bar, new Monroe HD stabilizer, Moog sway bar bushings, end links, and bar pin eliminators. After install I noticed strong vibrations at 30-40 mph. So I installed a 1" transfer case drop. Vibes are gone but now I have this loud "clunk" noise right under neath my feet like a motor mount is loose/broken. I checked and they all seem good. Can someone tell me what my Transfer case drop caused? I thought it was the exhaust pipe but that's ruled out. The clunk is heard only when I hit a bump or pot hole, something is hitting my floor board underneath.

Your title says it all. "Transfer Case Drop Issue."

The truth is, transfer case drops cause issues. They create strange angles that the drivetrain isn't designed for and it ruins the tranny mount, engine mount, and exhaust mounts quicker over time.

Why do you need a transfer case drop kit?

The only real reason I can think of for having one can be solved with an SYE. That's the only right way to do it.
