Default track bar again

Ok so this will be the 2nd time of replacing the trackbar. Im not geting dw but I am geting a vibration under accelerating and deaccelerating. The bushing on the axle side mount of the tb is bad has about 1/4 movement. The tb is under warranty at my work its duralast brand. Am I installing it wrong cause I replaced it about 6months ago. All stock no lift or big tires and I rarley go mudding. Now I heard of the bolt on that holds the tb on the axle is smaller than it needs to be. Can that be the cause . Need help

You are correct, most aftermarket trackbars require a larger diameter bolt at axle end.
Drop the axle end and measure the sleeve inside the bushing for new bolt size. Will have to drill the axle bracket to that exact size also.

The vibration you describe (acceleration-deceleration) sounds driveline related, like u-joints.
Is the vibe only in the steering wheel or do you feel it through the seat and floorboards?

Floor and steering. Checked all ujoints check good no movement. But my slip yoke on the rear going into the tcase has a little movement. But my buddys xj does too and he dosent have vibrations..

The minimal trackbar movement should not cause vibrations. If it did it is usually between 30 and 50 mph after hitting a bump, this induces the wobble.
I am still leaning towards driveline related, but diagnoses is tough over the internet.
Anything else change? Alignment,shackles,lift?
You could remove the front driveshaft and drive it, see if the vibe is still there.
Same with the rear driveshaft, if your transfer case does not have the long tail cone, the rear driveshaft can be removed and TC put in 4-PartTime, then test drive.
