I've towed UHaul's 12 footers (open) with a heavy load, which was noticeably harder on the Jeep than a smaller trailer - but it still did it.
It also depends on what your hitch is rated for, and the weight of the trailer (and everything in it.)
Personally; I wouldn't - you're looking at significant wind shear on such a small vehicle.

I regularly tow a 15ft boat (probably about 2k lbs) without issue. Braking is obviously longer and needs to be adjusted for
