I have a 6" lift and bought a set of 33" wrangler dura tracs last winter. They did awesome in the snow and so far they have not disappointed me in the mud.

31= 31" tall, 12.5= 12.5" wide and the r15 means it goes on a 15 inch rim

With a 4.5" i'd go with 32x11.5's....i love my maxxis bighorns...awesome in mud(clean out amazing), and quite and smooth down the highway.

go 33inches tall if you want a SLIGHTLY stuffed tire look. if not then get the 32" tall tires. they will look perfect and you will not run into any rubbing problems
