I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and ordered the wrong ones. I ordered 225/65/16 I should have ordered 225/75/16. Does anyone know how it will effect my speed on the speedometer? Thank in advance, if anyone can answer this.

Here you go:
https://tiresize.com/speedometer-calibration/

Plus I'd say you'll notice an increase in power but a bit of a drop in mpg.
