Default Tire rubbing question

Alright hopefully someone on here will be able to help me. Right now I'm running stock rims with 31 inch tires on a 2 inch add a leaf and coil spacer lift. My tires are rubbing real bad on my control arms at close to full lock and I was wondering what would be the easiest way to fix it. I was told new rims with more backspacing would help, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for if thats the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

New rims with different backspacing or you can do what I did. I still run my stock rims with 33s. I have 1.5 inch aluminum wheel spacers all the way around.

I'm actually running the same rims as you I think, I call them the swiss cheese rims. Well if I'm going to do that what brand of spacers do you think I should go with and where would be a good place to order them from, I've heard bad things about certain brands.

new rims $200 +
used rims $50 +
new wheel spacers $120 +

I would honestly go with new rims

If I'm going to get new rims I plan on just ordering them online, so what exactly should I be looking for as far as backspacing and bolt pattern and size? When it comes to trying to figure this stuff out myself I'm kinda lost.

96_XJ is right. If you drop the cash for the wheel spacers it should be with the understanding that you really like the stockers and want to keep them. You really can buy decent looking rims (like soft 8s) for about the same amount of money as the 4 wheel spacers will cost you.

5 on 4.5" bolt pattern

15x8 with 4" bs

or

15 x 10 with 4" bs

4" - 3.25" is where you want to be for back spacing. personally I like the 4" some ppl like the 3.25" or between just depends on how far you want it sticking out

15"x8" rims with 4" backspacing will work best for your 31"x10.50'x15" tires.

The bolt pattern is 5 x 4.5, I would order 15 x 8 inch rims with 3.75 - 4 inch back spacing. The stock rims I think are 15 x 7 with 5.25 inches of backspacing, so less backspacing is needed not more.

it's less backspacing you need, not more. I think stock wheels are 5.25" of backspacing, and with 31's or larger you need less than 4.5" of backspacing. I run 15 x 8 inch rims with 4 inches of backspacing as well like was already mentioned. can get em cheap, 40 bucks a piece at jegs for the crager soft 8's in that size.
