I've heard of it happening to others but I didn't think it would ever happen to me. I was calling some parts stores and well when I told one that I had a 1987 Jeep Cherokee she asked was the wagoneer, the grand or the little one!!! SCEAMING WTF?!?!(in my head) Are u serious! How am I supposed to respond to that if I didn't need the part so bad I would have hung up on her *** then called her back just so I could hang up on her again cause once wouldn't be enough.

Co-worker: wasnt that your car parked in the back.
Me: i dont own a car. You mean my jeep Yeah.
Co-worker: arent you driving your car
Me: i am driving my car. I have my blazer.
Co-worker: so you arent driving your other car When did it stop running
Me (annoyed): my JEEP still runs, i just can't keep up on the bit of work it needs with gas being so damn high.
2nd co-worker listening in: so your other car died It was crappy anyway.
If the coworkers weren't a waitress and a mentally handicapped dishwasher, i would have slapped them both.

Often people around me drool over newer Wranglers or Range Rovers and my come-back is always...
Why would you pay so much for something that is 4WD and not going off-road?

Bought my yota had 32s with a decent lift, I don't remember exactly how tall. Blew the head gasket down in LA and it still got me all the way up to Oakland and around town for a week. Miss that truck, but it gives me even more drive to lift and wheel my XJ now.
