tail light mod.
hey guys,
first off, this is my first time posting on this site and thread. I am new to this site, but have had my jeep for many years. I want to do a tail light modification on my jeep. Right now it is stock and their is a company that makes custom tail lights for jeeps that are made out of metal and completely flush in the back. So i was wondering if any of you guys have done this mod to your jeeps. Its pretty popular and most guys have done it. Another thing too is with this tail light mod i also want to cut some metal off on the rear side panels too. I apologize if i am saying it wrong. I have seen jeeps that have cut a v shape out of the metal rear panel and folded the rest of the metal over itself so that the metal is flush and there is more room. Anyway i hope i am making sense to you guys. So just lookin for some help on this. I know the off-roading community is full of guys that have a heart on willing to help a junior guy with a lifted jeep. I don't know much about cars, but i am trying to learn from guys like yourselfs. anyway, thanks for your help and and suggestions is much appreciated.
P.S> also hoping to link up with some guys that live in the PNW like myself to help me with this project since i don't have any tools to do the job. i know this is a stretch to say the least but hoping some body live in seattle that can help.

What's the use in all these "phone aps" if you're missing so much information. Seems like such an inconvenience ...

yep you got it on the light. Thats the one that i have been wanting to get. But ya i have a 98 jeep so those work perfect. but the real help i need is the mod that i want to do too to the lower part of that rear panel just below and to the side of the light. i so a thread on here months back when another guy did it to his jeep. Just wanted to see if anyone knows more. Like i said before i am not too lifted mod savvy and don't even have the tools to do the job. anyways you git the company right. they make quite a bit of parts for jeeps. i might buy the front bumper from them and back.

i pretty much want to take out the panel instead of put newer metal on like the picture shows. I want the panel to be flush with the bottom of those lights, not more metal below the light like the picture. I saw a thread a while back ago when some buddy did it.
