I was thinking about getting me a Superwinch TigerShark 9500. Its going for $350 on Summit Racing, seems like a good deal to me unless they're junk. What do ya'll think of'em?

Haven't used that model but the EP9 I used to run never let me down.

I know a buddy that has one they seem decent. Winch is something i feel that you get what you pay for though.

Yea but it's not like it's a Badlands, just cheaper than a Warn or Ramsey lol

They aren't usually that cheap and msrp on that one is over 600. I've had one Ramsey and would not recommend them. Got a Mile Marker in the garage I'm rebuilding and wouldn't recommend them either but it's for my trailer. I love my Warn and my Superwinch was great as well, just left it on my Yota when I sold it.

I have a Superwinch Talon 9.5 waterproof and came with a 2 yr. warranty. It is one of the best winches I have ever owned of all the brands and has been submerged numerous times without problems.

Oh no im not trying to say its a bad winch, im just saying if you pay a middle of the road price your gunna get middle of the road quality. I haven't really heard any horror stories of the superwinch. My Buddy likes his.
