suggestions
so im on my 2nd jeep now. and tired of it sitting stock lookinf into another budget lift. possibly 3inch over stock coil springs and a full size AAL. with stock shocks. also this is my DD and i hit the trails about once a month so. whats your guys input on this setup

Also don't do a AAL it won't hold it up 3" very long... if you don't have the money to do it right the first time, you probably don't have the money to redo it right a second time!

Its BDS, and the leafs were not sagging.
They are also full length and have a stiff ride with marginal flex. If I went to a slider box it would flex like crazy.

Sorry, couldn't resist. I assume you're talking about the lower control arms that come with some kits. Think about this, when your axle moves away from the wheel wells, those control arms pivot at one end, and therefore swing back. when you lift a vehicle, you have moved the axle away from the body, and a slightly longer lower control arm will help correct your caster angle.
