First, I dont even have an XJ. But, I plan on buying one in a couple months. I get on here and start reading. I see Rustys has Christmas deals and order the complete 4.5 kit with the DC2's. Then a week later I read one of the build threads and a guy asks the guy what his plan is...uh oh. I realize I dont have a plan. And even now, my plan is fuzzy at best. I dont want to waste money on bits and peices I dont need just because I can kinda afford them and they are cool. This is my plan, do a little of everything well with an emphasis on mud/snow. So if thats my plan, I could/should have got a budget 2.5 lift and LOCKERS! *Lunchbox* So, lesson one learned. Have a plan. I blame all of you for letting me to this.

Im a Pathfinder and Door Gunner, so Im very rarely in any kind of tactical vechile, other than a M model Blackhawk. Aside from perimiter patrols in M1114's Ive been outside the wire maybe 20 times in HMMWV's and this is my 3rd deployment in 8 years...The 114's are beasts though, I had one that we removed the majority of the armor on due to some damage. DAM was it fast. Rode like lowrider on busted bags though. We have 3 NTV's for cruising around in though. 2 Explorers and a hillbilly armored surbaban that is very well ventilated. I know there has been talks of adopting the new Wrangler for some situations, but im yet to see one.

Lol. Ok then. Let me re-phrase. Yup I drive HMMWV's (Hummers) but its rare because I usually fly around in a helicopter. I only drive Non Tactical Vechiles (NTV's) around base. Thanks for the love, I guess. PS. I just noticed you live in the Great White North. You are so lucky!
