Default Stubby Fender flairs

Has any of you guys seen any little stubby fender flairs for an XJ? There's a xj not far from me that I saw and it looked to have stubby flairs on it,they looked as if they just replace the factory flair but still hold real tight to the body. I've tried google and yahoo search and about all that comes up is bushwacker cut out flairs. These flairs look to only be about 1/2" to 1'' wide off the body.

I'll have to try and get pics or something but they look well moldded so don't look to be like a cut flair. They look to be moldded with dimpples where the factoy flairs bolt up and the bolts go through.if there custom someone put in some time to build molds,But could be?

Something like on CruzinIllusion's rig? He made his own flares and they look damn nice......but then again, so does his whole Jeep.

Here's a couple pics of his rig.
