I don't really see what's "cool" about removing your doors let alone pannels, I can understand going doorless for function, i.e. your AC doesn't work and you live in the sun belt, or if you're rock crawling.

I personally like the look without doors. It's also a head turner. Everyone("everyone" meaning those who dont own an XJ) has seen a Wrangler without doors but never a Cherokee. I don't run my A/C just because I choose not to.
