Default strange idle issue....

I have an issue where my idle takes a while (8 seconds approx) to drop back to normal idle when driving at any speed. It seems to "stick" there for 4 seconds before deciding to drop slowly when my foot is off the gas.
Tps, map sensor, iac, o2 sensors have been replaced. Throttle body clean also.
Did a rough *** type job of finding a vacuum leak with wd40...nothing.
Anyone have an idea what it could be???

Im guessing either vacuum leak or tps. Apparently there are hoses under the battery holder? Can a crankshaft sensor affect the sticking idle as well?

A crank sensor would cause hard starts and if its going out completley it wont start at all. I do have a slight exhaust manifold leak so maybe thats my issue idk
