I was wondering if there is one dampner that is better than another? Which is the best brand, or is it one of those things where it doesnt really matter?

i've wasted money on those cheapies, they work for all intensive purposes, but i'm happy with my trailmaster 4-way coil over. plus it just looks bad a$$.

A steering stabilizer is no-where near as important as fixing the defects it's meant to cover up.
