If your getting fuel and spark for sure it's timing.

How did you confirm fuel and spark?

DId you say youve got several blown fuses? I'd definitely check into that however unrelated it may be. Throw up what numbers they are, may be a simple fix there. Checked the CPS? look and see if its caked with mud, if so then clean it off real good and try again. Also check the camshaft position sensor, it can throw the timing off as well. And dont dish out the coil packs so quickly.. You can be getting spark but not sufficient enough spark for ignition.
