I ordered their superflex 3.5" kit and it's been sitting in my garage a few days.
Before the kit arrived I had been reading all about the horror stories of broken shock mounts and the dreaded front leafspring bolts.....
In anticipation I did LOTS of homework and today on my way home stopped at a hardware store and bought all new bolts for the leafs and shock mounts.
I didn't bother to soak anything prior to starting this even though EVERYONE recommended it mainly because my undercarriage is caked in mud from last weekend.
I was prepared for the worst.
I decided tonight I'll tackle the rears.
To my surprise ALL bolts came out just fine! The only problem I ran into was the trailer hitch was directly blocking the rear bolts for the leafs.
To work around this I just pulled that top shackle bolt and dropped the whole thing down then removed the bolt.
I must be the luckiest guy in the world. No broken bolts. All the bolts looked just fine.
I lubed the threads up really good, cleaned them up and re-used them all.
I will be returning the $40+ worth of bolts I had to buy!
I was so happy I had to share.
Tomorrow = fronts.
Then a new radiator, rock sliders, light bar, front bumper + winch....oh it goes on and on.....

Post up some pictures!
I put the RE 3.5" lift on mine, but I bought the Super Ride with full leafs, cause mine is a DD..............
The only thing I was unhappy about was that it put my rear shackle at a horrible angle, and rode like crap until the springs settled a little..........

I am all done now except for the sway bar disconnects. For right now I just removed the bar.
I put a couple miles on it and so far I have zero complaints. I took it up to 70 and didn't get any vibrations! Hooray.
The front went smooth as can be. I installed the left coil first, it slipped right in. Then when I went to the right one it was a rad harder. I had to break out my big convinced bar then it popped right in.
I'm going to get an alignment,.it does go straight and I got the wheel re centered but it feels like it wanders more now.......

Oh one question, would you suggest a new track bar? The reason I am asking is I noticed after drilling a new hole 3/4" to the left and putting the track bar on when I lowered the right side of the axle down all the way the bar hits the top of the mounting bracket.....
Thanks!
Thanks!

I didn't re-use my original track bar, and I didn't drill a new hole........
I installed an adjustable track bar when I did my lift.
Mine doesn't come close to rubbing on anything.
I'm trying to picture in my head where you are talking about rubbing?
can you post a pic of it?

Pictures are worth a thousand words. I will post this evening what I am trying poorly to describe.

It would probably only contact where you pointed if you jack up the frame and let the axle hang freely without the shock installed.............?
Unless you already checked the axle droop with the shock installed, and it contacts?
If you are worried about it, you could trim just a little bit off the end of the bracket....................Otherwise, it probably won't hurt anything..........
With the Jeep on the ground, there is plenty of clearance for normal operation.
Nice looking lift!
That's how mine sits..................The back end was a tad higher when I first installed the lift. It has settled about 3/4" over the last 3 years......

Thanks for the input on that arm. You are right, the axle was all caddywampus on a jack with the truck on tall jack stands. When I find a place to check clearances a bit I'll look at it better.
I think I'm understanding how what seems like virtually no clearance is fine. If I drop the right tire way down and the left stays where it's at the whole axle tilts, therefore the clearance doesn't change in that spot...right?
