well on mine, its pretty close to correct up to about 30mph. then by about 45 its about 5 under (so im actually going 50). pretty much above 45mph, it reads 5 mph under your real speed. hope that helps.

I am running 31's also & my speedo is right on the money. checked with a GPS. Don't know why

It seems that my Cherokee's Speedo is off somewhat non-proportionally w/ 31's and stock gearing!
My Speedo seems pretty accurate up until 25 MPH.
When my Speedo says; 30, i'm actually going about 35 MPH...
35- 47
45- 55
55- 65
65- 80...
I've pretty much got used to it over the last 6 months though.
I just try to stay 5 or 10 under, no speeding tickets... yet!

Same set up.
Most days works great and the speedo is slightly off. Some days the speedo is vacationing. Other days the speedo seems to speak another language. Occassionally the speedo is a fugitive and cannot be found.
Go with the flow.
