Speed difference with larger tires..?

Speed difference with larger tires..?
Just a quick question...at some point I'd like to put on some 31" BFG all terrain tires on the stock 15" rims on my ZJ. It's all stock now. How much of a difference in speed is there going from stock to larger tires? If my speedo says I'm doing 65 mph, am I actually doing 65?
