Here's a quick question for you guys. My XJ is stock in the sense of suspension and drivetrain, and is my DD for college. However, I do mud occasionally, and hunt. She has a nice brush gaurd and a couple of BAJA Foglights. I have painted the lower portion of the doors where the trim goes a hammered black, and plan on getting rid of the trim itself. Here's the big question. Keep or lose the front bumper caps?

lose the caps fender flairs and all the other plastic up front then cut your fenders and put a 45* cut on the metal of the bumper makes it look a lot meaner

Here's an older pic of my Jeep. Only big difference is that the fender flares, lower door trim and doors are hammered black, and the bumpers are hammered black as well.

So what do you guys think?-00.jpg

And tell me more about this 45* cut? Pics? Im interested
