Turbo xj, you obviously know very little about light duty plowing

Op, know this is old, but any issues you've had with meyer are from user neglect and a lack of maintenance.

Lol this is funny! You're all a right! I install snow plows for a living and service them. Does a snow plow damage your truck? YES! The truck was not designed to hold a plow let alone push snow. is it the drivers fault? YES! Most plow jockeys don't read the manual for the plow. Most plow manuals is say's do not exceed 10mph while plowing and do not exceed 45mph during transporting. I have seen it all and heard it all. If you pay attention and Maintain your truck ad plow they will last. By you hit a manhole cover that sticks up 1 inch at 45mph. You will be going to see a guy like me to fix the plow and a frame shop to straighten out the frame.

Plows indeed are very hard. In fact I'm
Out in the garage right now replacing a tie rod end that steering with the plow on destroyed in 8k miles. I plow about 10 driveways and 3 commercial parking lots. The little jeep does great for what it is.

Plows were a dealer install option...that did not void warranties. If they couldn't hold up to it, that wouldn't be the case. I refurb then for a living. They are hard on any vehicle....but it's all driver error and lack of maintenance.
