Looks staged... If it is real, it is a douche move to mess with another person's vehicle like that, possibly causing damage. The parking lot is half empty, so they could have parked somewhere else.

But like I said, looks staged.

 

I don't think it looks staged at all. I've seen this more than once.

People who hog up two parking spaces AND that close to the to the entry door of the building (hotel?) are begging for some nar-do-well to do mischief.

If a police officer seen that, a citation would be written for the Jeep as its clearly on the sidewalk and over the yellow no parking line of what looks to be a public road.

Unfortunately, the white car would skate unless maybe the owner of that building files a complaint but then again the owner of that building might be the owner of that white car.

Its rare, but when I see someone parked like an idiot, I park as close as I can.

 

The first one is staged. It's too clean. Audio gives it away.
