hello,newbie here
hi,
i just bought my first jeep!
i have never had one before and i am very excited.
i hope to learn from everyone here and hopefully at some point contribute as well.
i am 55,aalwys had chevy blazers(full size and the s-10,which the rear just blew in,on top of the 4 wheel quitting a few years back,and non stop electrical problems..lol
a friend just sold me his 2001 cherokee sport with the 4 liter(new motor with 1500 miles on it,he owns alot of cars..mostly a favor from him as he is wealthy,and i am not.
curious if there is anything i would need to keep an eye on,smart maintenance that should be watched,etc.
it is pretty clean,no rust,etc..normal wear/
at some point i would be interested in some performance upgrades down the road if i find the jeep to be reliable.
i dont off road often,but i do deal with snow on occasion.

no pics yet,but i hope to have a few tuesday as we are going to get a foot+ of snow!
just drove it home..louder then i expected under initial acceleration,but quiets down,and the heater stinks...bu5t overall i like it alot..think i aqm a jeep guy now..lol
