Default Slider help!!! Very URGENT!!

Hey guys it may be in the wrong part of this but I am wondering if anyone has the dimensions of their sliders on their XJ. I have a huge ride coming up and wanna get some built for mine but was looking for some good dimensions to go by that will give me a good look and work good for it will probably be getting beat up there. Thank you in advance!!

...but don't post there, LOL...not unless you wanna be hit with a NOT FAB. On a side note, what's so hard about grabbing a tape measure and going outside?

Do you want sliders or to replace the rocker with sliders? Not really much to it. Just need some 2x4 or 2x6 square tubing. And more square tube to tie it in to the rails

Thats the same link I used to build mine. I did a few things different tho. Mine work very first trip I set the jeep down on the pass side and brushed some rocks with the drivers side. I will add a stringer in between the front and back and also tie the rear into the spring hanger when I do my frame stiffners.
