how much and what kind of T-Case fluid for a 231
same for a D30 and a C8.25
and finally how much coolant to fill up a new radiator

Mopar Automatic Transmission fluid or Dexron III. 1 liter or 2.2 pints.
4 Pints or about 2 bottles per dif.
12quarts.

 

will amsoil ATF fluid work for the TC
what kind of oil for the front and rear axle

Yes amsoil will work and 75W-90 GL5 is recommended for both the front and rear axles.
