Sadly the DCNR don't mistake my Jeep for one of their vehicles... stupid b*tch got me for 155$ the other week, citing me in a place I've wheeled for years... not a single sign says that you aren't allowed offroad...

What is the DCNR?If its government land unless its marked you can don't.

Department for Conservation of National Resources.... I wasn't aware that stagnant water classified as a national resource... a warning that i wasn't allowed to be there would be nice... but all I got was a *****y attitude, my Jeep insulted, and a 155$ fine... musta been PMS
