Serious scared. Please help!
Ok, so a while back I did the rear main seal in my jeep, it was in fact the worst time of my life. Ok I ended up loosening the bearing caps so the crank would lower so I could get the seal out. Did everything I was supposed to and primed the oil pump and everything. Well, I haunt started it since and I just put oil in it and started it. There is a sort of rubbing sound, sounds like friction. It's pretty loud. I don't know why and it wasn't there before. I'm scared out of my mind right now for my jeep. What is this noise??????????? Please help!

If nothing more I would at least drop the pan. Double check the end play of the crank.
Then pull off each crank bearing cap (one at a time) and inspect the bearings. You're looking to see if any of the bearings spun. While you had the bearing caps loose before did you turn the crank? That could have caused a bearing to become dislodged and move out of it's seated position.
If everything looks good put it back together and then do the video.

Common to do so, relieves enough tension from the seal to aid in tapping out a stuck one. Just retorque the caps..
