Did you PM him on here or call? Vendors are much easier to reach if you call them at their business line than a forum.

True, but didn't see him advertise the steering until after the fact. Just saw on his site that it wouldn't work without 3.75" BS on 15" rims? Must of had some complaints and highlighted the issue for future customers. That would of put me in a spot of difficulty had I bought it. I think the ZJ tie rod is more than enough for me, but if I ever want to go that route.

I did business with Frank because he had a great price for some Bilstein shocks, and he was incredibly helpful with getting me the right size when no one else had my shocks available and was very professional over the phone.

I do know him to have been very opinionated about specific parts and would often push certain parts over others, but it's a shame to see he was banned. Then again, I didn't see the thread that is being said to have been the root cause of his banning, so I didn't get to see the 'bad side' of Frank.

In terms of his prices, he's got great prices and if I needed more shocks, I'd probably still go through him.

I believe it! Brian's first reply was great and answered all my questions. So I definitely look forward to his next reply.

I sent him an email to his Serious address. I like sending emails cause I can always come back to them in the future. Also, that gives people time to reply, include links, pictures, and so on. Like I said, he was super helpful early on, but not so much the last couple times. When someone is asking you about an $800 product, you think he would have given me a little more info instead of a quick one sentence answer that didn't help at all.

But all in all, I'm not angry with him and I may purchase from him later down the road, but it won't be long arms.

Exactly. That's what I said.

"I believe it! Brian's first reply was great and answered all my questions. So I definitely look forward to his next reply."

You even quoted it yourself.

EDIT: My mistake, I thought unidentified was talking about Frank earlier. I was at work at the time, so I was replying pretty quickly. Didn't pay enough attention.

Ok. You all want to know why Frank was removed as a vendor and given a 6 month vacation?
Since I've been a member on here he has skirted around the rules. Posting links outside of the vendor section, talking back, and just ****ty General "eff you" attitude.
After I became a mod I started telling him to stop. While he ignored my requests with his usual replay of "I'm a paying vendor, go away" I became agitated. Another year goes by with the same results, then one day he decides to openly bash another company. When asked to stop he defends what he says and keeps going. I then contact ib and find out he was never a paying vendor. He was a spamming, and all around poor business man on this forum. So I made the call. Ended his possibility of being a vendor on this forum and gave him time away. Do I care if he ever comes back? Not really. He was helpful once in a while, but most of the time it was just to sell his stuff on his page.

That is why Frank aka serious off road has been removed from this forum.....

Also just a fyi. This isn't the only forum this has happened on. Naxja banned him for a bit because of the same issues.

Dude always posted about his own damn vendor site and what was on sale. I thought it was classless. I noticed it and I'm a new guy.

So he had a free pass to be a vendor and acted up what a idiot lol.I didn't know him pushing his parts all over the site wasn't cool.I figured him being a vendor made it ok and the others didn't because they are on a lot of other forums as vendors and ain't got that kinda time.

Hum he was collecting website "Welfare" while bit*hing about paying vendors prices who were.

I priced his shocks (Bilstein) and found better prices on them from Jegs on sale with free shipping.
