I have his steering and a few other bits, i never thought the shipping costs were overly high. if you buy from out of town vendors you're gonna pay shipping. Not that i know the story at all. I feel he's taken care of me.

Sorry he's not here anymore, our community is getting smaller & smaller...

I agree. I had to buy Rusty's bushings for their springs. $50 in parts & $30 for shipping. It would have fit in a medium flat rate box & cost $14.

Back when I first became an admin in like 2011 Frank was always known for stiring the pot when someone disagreed with something. He has good prices (especially on RE gear) but here lately several folks have came around selling RE gear for much less. He has always had a poor attitude towards anyone who disagreed with something regardless of how insignificant it was (both customers and admins).

I was absent from my admin job here when he was banned, but I didn't find it to be much of a surprise.

Sad but true

Hmm, that's pretty crazy. I've always read about peoples good experiences with him, and for me, he was super helpful early on (back in 2014). In the last month or two, I've had a couple questions for him because I'm weighing my options for long arms, and he's been pretty short and ****ty with me. And actually, because of his most recent response I've pretty much written him off as an option.

I don't think he quit. He is still a HVAC tech during the day.

That's understandable, but still no reason to be that way with potential customers. I don't treat colleagues or customers like crap when my home life isn't going well. That being said, I still hope everything gets back on track for him and his wife is alright!

Already started communication with him. Actually just waiting for him to get back to me. I know he's busy, so I'm trying not to bother him too much. It has been a few days though since I've heard anything. I'll give him until tomorrow and drop him another line.

I was looking at Serious for steering. I like it because there's no cutting or welding involved. I checked out B. Lees. Nice stuff. I heard heim joints weren't good for daily use.

Heck the ZJ TRE's were under a $100 and quite an upgrade from stock lol.

Ive known Brian since 2009, wheeled with him dozens of times, built his first website (bleeoffroad.com) and worked for him for a few months when I was laid off last year. One of the best guys youll ever do business with.
