Not sure if this is the right place for this, but does anyone know why Serious Offroad isn't advertised in the vendor page? Was he banned? I was looking into his steering kits. Just wondering if there's anything I should now. Thanks

He was banned for rules violations, as well as badmouthing other companies, and when confronted, got ****ty about it. With the wrong person. That said, I have done several transactions with him before all that, and never had an issue. Also, FWIW, shipping was never costly, IMHO. Have not done business with him since, though. His actions left a bad taste in my mouth...a damn shame. I was happy with him until that point.

If you believe he was banned for nothing perhaps your in the wrong place, lots of wiggle room given here for a mistake to be rectified before things like this happen, even more so from a vendor.

i remember the thread where it all went down, IMHO i didnt see anything wrong but from a professional business POV i can see an issue. I would still buy from him.

I have no idea why Frank was banned, nor do I particularly care. I've done business with him tons of times and was always treated really well. I saw a few posts back that someone made a comment about shipping prices? I don't see how that would get him banned but, anyone who thinks Frank's shipping prices are high, has never ordered from Rusty's.
