Default Search tool? Stickies? bump?

Was reading a lot about stuff being in the wrong section. I'm new and love all the info I've been receiving. I use the android ap and the search tool does not work. Going through thousands of thread to find that was already posted really does take forever. Not everyone had the luxury to sit in front of a desk top when three kids have to do homework. Also some of the avatars show big on the desk top and for me it is not appropriate for my kids. My phone is quick and easy, except the "search tool" that isn't working, some error code. I feel we are wasting space with"bump this"and "bump that", just answer the question and it's over with. As I'm doing now, a lot like to just vent and take up space instead of answer a question some of us are just clueless to. Just my opinion, sent from my phone cuz the boys are doing homework... Feel free to rip me a knew one, cuz chat was probably the wrong place for this. Again, I'm new! love you guys for your advice, tips, and God bless you all for taking the time to help others

When the search tool doesn't work on the app I just open the browser on the phone and go directly to the site. It works best when using 4G or wifi to get on the internet with the phone. Its a bit of a pain sometimes when the search feature on the app isn't working but at lest I can still access the website from my phone.
