Default Rusty or rough country?

I am stuck here i have been doing a lot of research on both 3inch rough county lift kits and 3inch rusty off road lift kits. I have heard good and bad about both. Just looking for further input form people that may have them. The purpose of the lift kit would be for MINIMUM OFF ROAD USE, mainly for playing in the snow. I was looking for the best riding (less stiff) one. Any help is appreciated. I know i will be doing the full leaf kit.

Oh yea picks would help a lot to. THANKS BUTCH.

I have the Rustys 4.5'' kit. I love it. I've had no issues or nothing with it.

Where'd you hear that? I've got a rusty's 3" (+ <J shackles and spacers for another .5") and love it. Customer service is VERY good. I prefer Rusty's ride over RC's.

Im going rustys for my coils and ive seen flex comparisons and it seemed that rustys had more. When i asked this question a long while ago someone posted a pic with the rustys setup flexing a ton.

Thanks for the quick responses everyone. Can anyone post any pics? I'm not worried about flexability, It will probally never be taken off road other than riding in the snow. I Know i will def. be going with the 3inch. From the research i have came across i need to go with the full leaf? because the old leafs will sag if i just add a leaf?.

I know cheapest isint always best but from what i can tell the RUSTY is cheaper than the Rough Country. Im wanting to keep it under 500$.

R C all the way! They can not be beat. Its all I will ever buy. Springs are a little stiff but after you add bumpers and winch and load it with gear it will still maintain its height. Unlike softer springs. On my last build even with a cage and a way to beafy bumper it only dropped .5" max. RC has been around way longer for a reason they don't sell cheep stuff its the same reason why they have such good costumer service. If there is a problem with a product they fix it. If you can find a problem. And good luck with that. Or you can buy cheep crusties that dubbed its prices when the started running ads on power block.

I have a 4.5 rough country. Its decent but one of my buddys has a comparable rustys 4.5. In my opinion the rustys one is better put together then the rough country. I would have gone with rustys but I got the rough country for 200 (retail is about 450) bucks brand new in the box from my girlfriends sisters boyfriend.

If you look at my signature you can see my build thread which has a before and after of the install of my rough country 3 inch lift. I love it and recommend it to everyone. For the price I couldn't beat it plus there are RC dealers so there might be a shop locally that could help with the lift if you have a problem.
