Default Rubicon Express bankrupt??!

Going to RE's page today, here is the message

To Our Loyal Customers and Friends,
Rubicon Express is currently closed, pending reorganization. For the latest news and current information, please visit our blog at RubiconUSA.com or follow the “blog” link in the left column of this page.
RE

Usually a reorg means they are going through bankruptcy and will possibly relaunch when they come out?

With the economy the way it is, all the aftermarket companies are probably getting hammered!

not surprised they went to crap a few years ago when they started out sourcing some of their parts. Rustys and RC have stepped up their game for the neebies and then you have Clayton, Iron Rock, Rock Krawler, and others have really taken their place as the top bolt on suppliers and most of your harder core wheelers build their own stuff

well this really sucks... I love my lift kit from them and how well it was built... here's to hoping they come out of it and rebuild themselves as strong as ever.

I really hope they come back cause I to like my RE lift and will be needing parts in the future(like the top hourglass bushings I just replaced this weekend after 6yrs of installing my lift).

Well that sucks. I was going to get one this summer.

Maybe I should try and get someone to loan me some cash and get one before they are gone....

I went to go purchase my lift from them this morning... I really wanted to use them cause they were somewhat local and have a good reputation. I don't know how long I can wait, I want a lift now! Fml
